The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage tasks effectively, maintain alignment with project goals, and provide direct support to the Program Manager. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.PMP Certification is requiredInitially this position will be required to be onsite at our client's East End of Louisville corporate location Monday through Thursday. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.Serve as a key point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure clear communication and expectation alignment.Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting notes, risk registers, and other project artifacts.Work closely with the Program Manager to monitor program-level milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocations.Identify, document, and escalate project risks or issues; assist in developing mitigation strategies.Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business units to support smooth execution of technology solutions.Qualifications3–5 years of experience managing IT or technical projects.PMP Certification requiredFamiliarity with IT infrastructure, software development, or system implementation projects.Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Demonstrated stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and drive solutions.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. xhyhwjd All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!
