We're adding Class A CDL drivers for OTR solo and driver mentor opportunities. This position offers no-touch freight, consistent miles, weekly pay, and the option for experienced drivers to earn additional compensation by mentoring new CDL holders.
Solo drivers typically stay out 10–14 days with home time between trips.
Drivers with qualifying experience can choose to train new CDL holders while continuing to run OTR.
Mentor compensation includes:
Mentor assignments are generally 11 days , and drivers may take home time or return to solo driving between students.
Recently earned your Class A CDL? Training opportunities are available.
New drivers begin at $0.35 CPM while completing training and gaining their first three months of qualifying experience. After reaching three months, drivers may transition to the experienced solo pay range of $0.45–$0.55 CPM , based on applicable experience and qualifications.
